  • Thank you for the explanation. To complete my understanding, can you explain what a dividend ratio is in the context of policyholders? This isn't dividends to stockholders right? How are policyholders getting dividends?

  • I don't understand how the range of surplus is being calculated in the BattleCard. I can derive the RBC Charge, but how is the range of surplus calculated? In the case of RAL, I figured it would just be 100%-150% of the RBC Charge
