Battle Card 17#16 ACC Calculation
I am confused about which column is applied with RBC factor to get ACC. From my understanding is based on sorted top 10 total assets, I only pick first 10 from R1(column 1) to get R1 ACC, only pick first 10 from R2(column 2) to get R2 ACC. Like calculation in 2015F#17 https://www.battleacts6us.ca/pdf/Exam_(2015_2-Fall)/(2015_2-Fall)_(17).pdf
Or Column 2 from battle card only contain R1 assets/R2 assets?

Battle Card 17 is the formula for ACL capital. Are you referring to another Battle Card?
