The text mentions Unusual Ratio Ranges Equal to or Over Under,
So for example, IRIS 1 ratio unusual value is equal to or over 900;
however, the wiki article mentions usual range of less than or equal to 900.
So shouldn't it be strictly less than 900 ? Because an exact ratio of 900 could be considered both
