Memorization - Policy goals and Objectives of NFIP
It's hard for me to memorize AM&R so I rearranged it to spell ARM (Access, Reduce & Mitigate)
To relate it to the paper, I just think
"Flood damage caused a RASH in my ARM"
That way, anytime I look at the rash in my arm (totally unrelated) I think about how flooding caused it (not true but I like to think so)
