Mnemonic for AOS Adverse Development (Undo the MESS)

I've been using this Mnemonic for Item E of the AOS if there has been adverse development.

Basically, there's quite a MESS if we've had multiple years of adverse development, and we would like to undo (reverse) the MESS

State that there has been adverse development and for what years
Summarize the reason for adverse development
Explain reason in more detail
Mitigate effects of this adverse development

Hopefully our mitigating actions will clean things up!
