The answer for part (c) is "spike". I can see that closed with payment to reported is spike in AY 2019, but not for closed to reported triangle, should the trend be "dip"?

This is what I'm seeing in the solution:
I see that as a "spike" along the latest diagonal. Am I looking at the same thing you are?
