Investment Revenue Fact Inconsistency
In the Statutory Income (2018.Spring #10a) section, the red footnote 2 in the wiki says: "Investment revenue excludes realized capital gains AND excludes unrealized capital gains". In the infinite calculation problem: Income Statement: Statutory Net Income (easier version), Trick 2 says: "Investment revenue includes realized capital gains but excludes unrealized capital gains".
If I understand the concept correctly, the red footnote is correct while Trick 2 is not. If net realized capital gains are included in the formula for Net Investment GAIN, then it can't be in the formula for Investment REVENUE (otherwise we would be double counting that value).
Maybe Trick 2 in the calculation problem should read: "Net investment gain includes realized capital gains but excludes unrealized capital gains." This would be more applicable to the context of the calculation as opposed to the fact about Investment Revenue.

"Trick 2" appears to be wrong. We will look into it and get back to you.
