Inequality for RI Recoverable Allocation Between R3 and R4

There seems to be a slight discrepancy between the Wiki article and the battle cards/examples - does the inequality for the RI recoverable allocation between R3 and R4 use R4 or just the loss and LAE component of R4?

Forgive me if this was answered elsewhere; it wasn't obvious from the question titles on the forum.

    Aside from the RI recoverable charge, R4 is exclusively on unpaid loss and ALAE. Please point out the battle cards where you see an indication to the contrary, and we'll get them fixed.
