Clarification RE MC Question in Odomirok_16-17-SAO (Scope Section)
The question reads "Which organization publishes the ASOPs referenced in the SCOPE section?" I was always under the impression that it is the ASB that promulgates ASOPs, not the AAA, which is listed as the correct answer. Can someone clarify what is the correct answer and why?

That is true, the ASB promulgates ASOPs.
I looked in the BattleCards for Odomirok16-17 and searched the article - I couldn't find the question you are referencing. Want to be sure we correct it if needed.
