Audio Version Of Study Materials

I like to listen to study materials on repeat to review the core concepts. Can a audio version of summary material (i.e. the study sheets pdf) be added to the course material? If using an automated reader to convert (rather than having a person record themselves speaking), then ideally the text would be ordered linearly and abbreviations would be expanded.
